Private coaching: 1:1
Working with an athlete one on one is the best way to understand an athlete’s needs and to design the most specific program for those needs. This can include help with goal setting and time management. This is a great program for an athlete that has a goal of earning an athletic scholarship to college. Instant video analysis is readily available with private coaching.
Small Group coaching: 2 to 4: 1
I like to bring together athletes of similar talent and levels to help push each other in training and learn from each other’s different levels of technique. I like to keep these groups to a maximum of four for quality attention and the benefit of a training group. Instant video analysis is available yet not as much time will be dedicated to this due to the number of athletes in the group.
Group Coaching: 5+ :1
Five or more. This is the best option for beginner jumpers or youth jumpers in order to get an introduction to the event with a higher level of interest.

Grace’s Mindful Movement for Kids:
A class for young children to help them understand how their body moves and what muscles are responsible for what actions. A great way to teach mindfulness, body awareness, rhythm, and balance in a fun environment.

“I was so impressed by the Mindful Movement class. Not only did Grace show the kids how to control their muscles but she also taught the children about muscle structure and anatomy. Such a cool opportunity for my 5 year old daughter!”
“My son loved Mindful Movement so much that even after we moved to MA, he asked when we could go back to CA and his movement class! It gave him confidence and increased agility while igniting an interest in body mechanics. I wish we had the class where we live now. It was great!”
“Grace is obviously more than qualified to teach mindful movement based on her experience as an athlete and her training in yoga. But in addition to all of that, she is wonderful with children, calm, centered, supportive and fun, with the little ones as well as the older ones. My four year old told me she loved taking the Mindful Movement class with Grace because it challenged her to work hard — to run as fast as she could, and to move her arms while she ran. Grace’s impact on both of my girls has been very valuable; she sets high standards for kids physically and mentally, and she models and teaches them to work toward those standards, all while keeping it age-appropriate and fun.”
“Something my son never forgot about from Grace’s Mindful Movement class was to breathe in and out whenever he feels any type of stress.”
