Eight Sundays, eight athletes, one coach who has jumped in two Olympic finals. Jump Squad is a small-group long jump program built so every athlete gets real eyes on every jump — March through May at Fisher Field.

What we work on

The approach

Getting the run-up right so takeoff is repeatable.

The takeoff

Vertical drive, arm position, penultimate step.

The flight and landing

Body control in the air, landing mechanics, maximizing distance.

Plyometric strength

The strength base that turns a good approach into a great jump.

Competition prep

Warm-up routines, mental prep, what to do between attempts.

Video review

Every athlete gets film of their jumps and a session-end debrief.

    Reserve a spot on Jackrabbits.

    Registration and payment are handled by Joy's Jackrabbits Track Club. You'll get a confirmation email from Jackrabbits.

    Once you're registered, Grace personally emails to introduce herself and confirm session details.

    Show up ready to jump.

    Fisher Field, first Sunday in March. Bring spikes if you have them, running shoes if you don't.
